Adina Ungureanu
Talking about myself, I have to mention first of all my passion for drawing. Among other hobbies of mine, like the PC and playing the piano, drawing holds the highest place in my preferences.
I grew up drawing. Even from a very early age, my drawings, even though they were just lines and rough circles, seemed to carry a message. They expressed my thoughts. In the beginning I chose my models from children's books and cartoons. Just that my favourite heroes, like Tom and Jerry, the Powerpuff Girls, Strawberry Shortcake, the Aristocats, Horseland, were put in completely different situations in my sketches and their faces had new characteristics added.
When I was about 7 or 8 years old, it seemed much simpler to me to depict an event by drawing. Each character had its own lines and features imagined by me. Now, at 10, I draw my own characters to put in new and new situations. My dream is to be able to follow a special school that could open my way to what I dream of doing: creating comics or illustrations for children's books.
